Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 veal chop(s), cut about 3 cm thick
- 4 sage leaves
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1 cl Madeira, dry or sherry
- 1 tbsp oil
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
Wash the veal chop and pat dry. Wash and chop the sage leaves. Crush the coriander in a mortar. Combine the sage, coriander, wine, and oil and marinate the meat for at least an hour. Grill for 3-5 minutes on each side. Then season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with rosemary potatoes and grilled red bell peppers.
