  • Jacket potatoes from the day before (as many as you like)
  • olive oil
  • herbal salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

quick and tasty

Peel the potatoes and slice them. Heat olive oil in a pan, add the potatoes (next to each other, not on top of each other or mixed together), and season with herb salt and pepper. Fry on both sides until golden and crispy. Serve with salad, fish, meat, eggs, vegetables in cream sauce, etc., depending on your taste.
