Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 ½ tsp coffee powder (cappuccino)
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 200 g sugar
  • 250 g peanuts
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until very stiff. Slowly add the sugar, cocoa powder, and cappuccino powder and fold in with a whisk. Finely chop the peanuts and carefully fold in. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange walnut-sized mounds on the baking sheet, leaving plenty of space between each. Bake at 120°C (250°F) until slightly dry and browned (approx. 40-50 minutes).
