Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 large steaks
- 3 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 3 tbsp oil (wheat germ oil)
- 1 tbsp Ras el Hanout
- 2 clove(s) garlic, squeezed
- some salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Mix the marinade ingredients and season to taste. Brush the steaks with the marinade and let it marinate for 6 hours. Grill on a charcoal grill for 10-20 minutes, depending on the heat and thickness.
