Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 150 g rice
- 50 g cream cheese
- 50 g feta cheese
- 50 g tomatoes, pureed
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Cook the rice according to the package instructions. Combine the cream cheese, feta, and passata in a saucepan, stir together, and bring to a boil briefly. Season the sauce to taste and stir in the rice.
