Vanilla quark cream with berries

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g quark
  • 0.1 liter of cream
  • 25 g sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • ½ lemon(s)
  • 100 g strawberries
  • 1 ½ tbsp Maraschino
  • 50 g raspberries or blueberries

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Whisk the quark with the cream, sugar, and vanilla sugar until creamy. Wash, hull, and puree the strawberries, and fold them in. Season with lemon juice and maraschino. Wash and hull the remaining fruit, add it to the quark cream, and serve garnished with finely grated lemon zest.
