simple and super delicious
Cook the spaghetti al dente. While the spaghetti is cooking, peel and finely chop the garlic. Heat a deep pan and add olive oil (a little more than the instructions say needed). Briefly fry the garlic (but not too brown, otherwise it will taste bitter). Add the shrimp. Add the fresh, finely chopped chili peppers. Amount according to taste. If you don’t have fresh chili peppers, you can also use those from the mill. I sometimes use chili salt. Then season with a little salt and pepper, or just pepper if you use chili salt. Add the shrimp, but only fry briefly. Add the chopped parsley and toss everything together briefly. Add the cooked spaghetti and mix well. Serve immediately on plates and, if you like, serve with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
