Gnocchi with shrimp and lemon sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g gnocchi
  • 300 g prawn(s), peeled
  • 1 lemon(s), zest and juice
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 40 g butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 50 ml dry white wine, optional
  • some parsley
  • some cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the gnocchi in salted water. In a pan, fry the garlic in a mixture of butter and olive oil until golden brown. Add the shrimp and fry for about 3-4 minutes, until cooked through. Optionally, add a little white wine and let it evaporate briefly. Add the lemon juice and zest, season with salt and pepper. Add the cooked gnocchi to the shrimp and mix well. Garnish the dish with grated cheese and parsley, if desired.
