Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 225g cookies
  • 100 g butter
  • 1 can of pear(s)
  • 40 g almond flakes
  • 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder
  • 100 ml white wine
  • 50 g chocolate
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Crumble the cookies and mix with the melted butter. Pour the crumb mixture into a greased baking pan and chill for about 30 minutes. Drain the pears, reserving the juice. Add the wine to the juice and make up to 400 ml with water. Make a pudding with this and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Chop the pears and place them on the base, then spread the cooled pudding on top. Melt the chocolate and spread it over the pudding. Finally, toast the flaked almonds in 1 tablespoon of butter and scatter them over the cake. Then chill for about 1 hour.
