Oat bran porridge with banana

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 6 tbsp oat bran
  • 1 small banana(s)
  • 100 g milk, approx.

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel and slice the banana. Bring the milk to a boil. Stir in the oat bran, let it swell briefly, and then stir in some of the banana. Ladle the porridge into bowls. Place the remaining banana on top.
