Mushrooms, bacon, and onions with garlic

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 onions
  • 500 g mushrooms, brown
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 75 g bacon cubes
  • Sea salt
  • Sunflower oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Side dish for barbecue evenings

Clean the mushrooms, quartering large ones and halving small ones. Peel the onions and garlic. Quarter the onions lengthwise and cut into strips, and thinly slice the garlic. Add them to a pan with oil along with the bacon cubes and fry for 3-5 minutes. Add the mushrooms and fry, stirring frequently, until the resulting liquid has evaporated. Then season with salt, arrange on the plate, and serve.
