Leek and mushroom vegetables with ham

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 400 g mushrooms
  • 200 g ham, cooked
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • some oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Slice the leek into rings and sauté in the oil. Slice the mushrooms and add them. Chop the ham into small pieces and add it along with the sour cream. Cook briefly and season to taste. Serve with rice or noodles.
