Pasta with cold tomato and cucumber sauce and Parmesan

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g spaghetti
  • 8 m.-large tomato(s)
  • 1 small cucumber(s)
  • 200 g Parmesan
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 6 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp cream
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 23 minutes

vegetarian, for hot summer days

Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente. In the meantime, prepare the sauce. Dice the tomatoes, grate the cucumber, coarsely grate the Parmesan cheese, and mince the garlic. Mix everything with the remaining ingredients. To serve, pour the sauce over the spaghetti.
