Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g pasta (spelt pasta)
- 1 zucchini
- 200 ml cream
- ½ vegetable stock cube, without yeast

Cook the spelt pasta in lightly salted water as directed. Grate the zucchini and add it to a pan. Heat the pan and fry the zucchini. Then add the cup of cream and stir in the vegetable stock. Bring the sauce to a boil, stirring constantly. Finally, add the cooked pasta to the pan and stir everything once.
