Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g chicken, shredded
- 100 ml cream or Cremefine
- 100 ml milk
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 tangerine(s)
- 200 g pineapple, in pieces, from the can
- Salt
- pepper
- curry powder
- possibly cornstarch
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Briefly brown the meat with the onion and then remove from the pan. Bring the pineapple and its juice to a boil with the cream and milk, then season to taste. Cut the mandarin orange into segments and add them. Let the sauce simmer slightly or thicken with a little starch, if desired. Return the meat to the pan and heat everything together. Serve with rice and a fresh salad.
