Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 70 g flour
- 30 g ground almonds
- 3 g baking powder
- 10 g sugar
- 10 g oil
- 35 g water
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Allergy-friendly, without milk, butter and eggs
Preheat the oven to 150 degrees Celsius (300 degrees Fahrenheit). Combine oil, water, and salt in a bowl and mix well. Add the unsifted flour and fold it in (do not stir). Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 2 millimeters, then cut out the cookies and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper (you can also simply grease the baking sheet if you prefer). Bake for 20 minutes. The cookies will be very soft while warm, so let them cool completely before removing them from the baking sheet.
