Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 zucchini, about 25 cm long and 8 cm thick
  • 70 g ham, diced
  • 2 onions
  • 250g Camembert(s)
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • Caraway seeds
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Oil, for frying

Instructions

Cut the Camembert into small pieces and mash finely with the cream cheese and caraway seeds. Halve the zucchini, remove the core, and then fry in oil for about 3-4 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper and remove. Fry the ham cubes in the oil, remove, and then fry the sliced ​​onions for about 3 minutes, seasoning with salt and pepper. Place the zucchini halves in a greased baking dish, fill them with the cheese mixture, and bake at 220°C for about 6 minutes until browned. Sprinkle with the bacon and onions and leave them in the oven for another 2 minutes. Serve with baguette.
