Cut the rolls open and spread thinly with butter, if desired. Cut the zucchini into 0.5-1 cm thick slices, fry briefly on both sides in a non-stick pan with a little oil, and season with salt and pepper. The zucchini slices should still be crisp. Slice the onion into thin rings. If desired, thinly slice a tomato as well. Line a baking sheet with baking paper and arrange the roll halves on it. Top each roll with a slice of ham and place the prepared zucchini slices and/or tomatoes on top. The ham should be completely covered. Add salt to the tomatoes. Sprinkle the thin onion rings and oregano or pizza seasoning on top, and cover each roll with a slice of Gouda cheese. Bake at 200°C for approx. 10-15 minutes.
