Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 125 g minced meat
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • 150 ml water
  • 2 tsp caraway seeds, ground
  • 1 tsp coriander, ground
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 package of pizza dough
  • 1 tsp pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Pizza with minced meat

Peel and finely chop the onion, peel the garlic and press it through a press. Wash and finely chop the parsley. Heat oil in a pan. Brown the minced meat, onion, and garlic. Add the tomato paste and spices, pour in the water, and mix well. Spread the minced meat mixture onto the pizza dough and bake in the oven at 200°C for 15-20 minutes. Cut the pizza into slices, roll up, and serve while still lukewarm.
