Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 250 g mushrooms
- 1 large onion(s)
- 200 g smoked pork, boned
- 75 g cheese, grated
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp flour
- 150 g whipped cream
- ½ tsp marjoram, dried
- 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
- 1 pkt. puff pastry (6 queen pies)
Instructions
Working time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Clean and peel the mushrooms and onion and chop finely. Dice the smoked pork. Heat the olive oil and fry the onion, mushrooms, and smoked pork for about 8 minutes. Sprinkle with flour and sauté while stirring. Stir in the cream, marjoram, and cheese and bring to a boil. Season with salt and pepper and let cool slightly. Place the pies on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (top/bottom heat: 150°C) for about 8 minutes. Fill the pies with the ragù and serve. A variety of leaf salads go well with them.
