Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 350 g flour
  • 25 g yeast (fresh yeast)
  • 250 ml water, lukewarm
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp oil (preferably olive oil)
  • 100 g tomato(s), pureed
  • Herbs, various varieties to taste
  • 50 g ham (cooked ham)
  • 4 apples
  • 2 m.-large tomato(s)
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 250 g cheese, grated
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 1 clove(s) garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

For the dough: First, put the flour in a bowl and mix with the salt. Then, combine the yeast and sugar and dissolve it in lukewarm water for about 10 minutes. Mix the flour and yeast mixture and gradually add the oil until you have a smooth dough. Let the dough rise for 40 minutes, then knead again. Topping: Put the peeled and finely chopped garlic in a bowl with the passata and season with salt and pepper. Wash, core, and slice the apples. Cut the tomato and ham into strips. Mix the grated cheese with the egg and season with salt and pepper. Next, roll out the dough on a baking sheet and prick it a few times with a fork. Finally, spread the tomato sauce over the dough, divide the remaining ingredients between the ingredients, and pour the cheese and egg mixture over the pizza. Sprinkle the pizza with herbs if you like. Then the pizza is baked in a preheated oven at 200° for about 25 minutes.
