Chicken curry pizza

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g chicken breast
  • 1 can pineapple pieces
  • 1 pack of mozzarella, grated
  • 1 bottle of curry sauce, fruity, approx. 250 ml
  • 450 g pizza flour type 00
  • ½ cube of yeast
  • 250 ml water, lukewarm
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 40 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes

For the dough, place all ingredients in a food processor and knead with the dough hook for about 8 minutes. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 30-40 minutes. In the meantime, cut the chicken into finger-thick strips and sear them in a pan, then add a little salt. Let the meat cool. Drain the pineapple pieces. Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Roll out the pizza dough in two portions and form a thin crust. Spread the curry sauce over the rolled out dough. Then add the cheese, pineapple, and meat. Bake the pizza in the oven for about 20-25 minutes. Tip: I recommend using a pizza stone. This will make the dough nice and crispy.
