Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g flour
- 125 g sugar
- 125 g margarine
- 1 tsp baking powder, level
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 2 eggs
- Fat for the mold
- Fruit as desired
- Cream for decoration
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a greased fruit base dish and bake at 160°C for 30 minutes. Once cooled, arrange fruit on top according to season and taste. Make a glaze and pour it over the fruit. Garnish with whipped cream, if desired.
