Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 eggs
- 2 chicken breast fillets
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 1 tbsp clarified butter
- salt and pepper
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 100 ml white wine
- Caraway powder
- Cayenne pepper
- 100g mozzarella
- Chives for sprinkling
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Boil the eggs hard, rinse, and peel. Finely dice the garlic. Heat the clarified butter and fry the chicken on each side. Season with salt and pepper, remove, and keep warm. Slice the onion and bell pepper. Sauté in the frying fat. Add the garlic. Deglaze with white wine. Add salt, pepper, caraway seeds, and cayenne pepper and simmer for about 6 minutes. Slice the eggs and cheese. Arrange the vegetables on top of the meat, then top with the egg and cheese. Brown briefly under the grill. Cut the chives into curls and scatter over the top. Serve with a green salad.
