Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 oranges
  • 3 apples
  • 250 g raisins
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp ginger powder
  • ½ tsp nutmeg
  • 250 ml red wine vinegar
  • ½ jar cranberry compote
  • 4 tbsp jam (orange jam)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Fillet and dice the oranges. Peel, core, and dice the apples. Simmer with the raisins, ginger, salt, nutmeg, and vinegar until thickened. Add the cranberry compote and orange marmalade and bring to a boil. Pour into clean twist-off jars, screw on the lids, and let stand for 5 minutes.
