  • 3 g coriander powder
  • 7 g lemon juice concentrate
  • 30 g sugar
  • 10 g salt
  • 50 g sunflower oil
  • 2 Pepper
  • ½ pack of preserving aid

Heat the oil in a saucepan and sauté the onion over medium heat until translucent. Add the garlic and the chili peppers, sliced ​​into thin rings, and sauté for another 2 minutes. Stir in the tomatoes, paprika paste, and all other ingredients. Simmer for about 15 minutes until the sauce reaches the right consistency. Immediately fill prepared jars to the brim and seal.
