Pancakes with yogurt without eggs

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 125 g flour
  • 75 g yogurt
  • 100 ml milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 15 g butter
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Then add the remaining ingredients. Once all the ingredients are combined, fry the pancakes one at a time over medium heat with a little oil until golden brown.
