Fluffy yogurt pancakes

Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 200 g natural yogurt
  • 150 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 100 ml milk
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 3 eggs
  • Oil or butter for frying
  • Cinnamon sugar, optional

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

First, separate the eggs. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until frothy. Then stir in the flour, baking powder, natural yogurt, milk, and salt. Then, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and carefully fold them in. Immediately fry in batches in oil or butter. When the pancakes start to bubble, it’s time to flip them. You can finish by sprinkling them with cinnamon and sugar, but they’re also delicious on their own.
