Tagliatelle the way I like it

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g tagliatelle pasta (preferably homemade)
  • salt water
  • 400 g chicken breast
  • 400 g vegetables of your choice (e.g. broccoli, carrots, peas)
  • 2 cups processed cheese with herbs, possibly reduced-fat
  • 1 cup of cream
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

simple, quick and delicious, with chicken and vegetables

Cook the tagliatelle in salted water until al dente. Meanwhile, brown the meat and season with salt and pepper. Add the vegetables and sauté briefly. Deglaze everything with the cream, bring to a boil briefly, then add the cream cheese and let it melt. Season to taste, then add the tagliatelle and let it cook in the sauce until tender.
