Low-carb pancakes with quark

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 125 g quark
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ organic lemon(s), zest
  • 70 g coconut flour
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 200 ml milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Mix the ingredients into a smooth batter and fry pancakes on both sides as usual over medium heat with a little fat.
