Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 10 slices of bread
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup(s) milk
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
exactly the opposite (i.e. not sweet)
Beat the eggs with milk and spices with a fork, dip the bread slices into the eggs to absorb the liquid, and fry them in a pan until lightly browned. If you prefer them a little drier, dip them briefly in the egg-milk mixture. You can then top them with all sorts of toppings.
