Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 chicken breasts or turkey breast
- 200 g herb cream cheese
- 150 ml sweet cream
- some salt
- some paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Rinse the turkey or chicken breast under cold water, pat dry with a kitchen towel, and remove any fat and tendons. Season the turkey or chicken breast with salt and paprika and place it in a baking dish. Mix the herb cream cheese with the cream and pour over the meat. Cook in a preheated oven at 180°C (convection oven) for about 30 minutes. Serve with a fresh salad and croquettes.
