Noodles in chicken and pineapple sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400g spaghetti
  • 200 g chicken breast fillet(s)
  • 1 can of pineapple
  • ¾ cup cream
  • curry
  • Maggi
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

First, cook the noodles. Then, shred the meat and fry it in a hot pan. Drain the noodles, add them to the pan, and fry. Then, add the pineapple chunks and a little juice, deglaze with cream, and let it simmer gently. Now, add the spices, using curry generously for flavor, and adjust the rest to your liking. Serve hot.
