Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 package of glass noodles
- 250 g minced beef
- 3 carrots
- 2 onions
- n. B. garlic
- 1 tbsp beef broth, instant
- White balsamic vinegar
- Rapeseed oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
Prepare the glass noodles according to the package instructions. Peel the carrots and coarsely grate them. You can also buy pre-grated carrots, of course. Peel the onions and garlic. Dice the onions, dice the garlic if desired or press it through a garlic press, and sauté both together in a pan. Sprinkle the ground beef with beef broth according to your taste and fry together with the garlic and onions. Briefly add the grated carrots to the pan, then the cooked glass noodles, and mix everything well. Empty the entire contents of the pan into a bowl and season to taste if necessary. Let the salad cool and then season to taste with white balsamic vinegar and rapeseed oil.
