Spicy pasta salad

Spread the love

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (e.g. fusilli)
  • salt water
  • 300 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 bottle of sauce (Texicana Salsa)
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 bag of pepper (mild-spicy)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

quick, tasty and easy, ideal for any party

Cook the pasta in salted water, rinse well, and let cool. Meanwhile, sear the ground beef, season to taste, and let cool slightly (although both are also fine when warm). Then mix with the salsa. In the meantime, dice the bell peppers and thinly slice the chili peppers. Mix everything together and let it marinate. The recipe is very simple, quick, and has been a hit at many parties. Tip: The pasta salad tastes better if it marinates for a while, but it’s not necessary. Yellow and green bell peppers look great. They make it really colorful. Everything else is a matter of taste and can be varied, of course.
