Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 cup(s) rice
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 1 tsp broth
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 carnations
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 tbsp oil (olive)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Finely chop the onion and fry in oil. Add the rice and fry briefly. Add water and season with the spices. Done! The rice is ready when there is no more water in the pan. Please only simmer gently! Otherwise, the water will evaporate too quickly and the rice will still be hard.
