Pork loin with peppers

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 slice(s) pork loin(s)
  • 2 bell peppers, red or yellow
  • 100 g mushrooms, fresh
  • Oil (olive oil)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • Salt
  • Pepper, freshly ground

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Clean the bell peppers and fresh mushrooms and cut them into rings or slices. Heat a little oil in a pan and fry a clove of garlic. Remove before it browns. Fry the meat in the oil until golden brown on both sides. Season with salt and pepper and place on a plate. Cover with a second plate. Pour the tomato paste, mixed with water, into the pan. Add the bell peppers and mushrooms, then the sirloin slices. Cover and simmer gently for about 30 minutes. Serve very hot. Be sure to serve with tagliatelle or fettuccine!
