Dice the onions and bell peppers, slice the salmon ham into strips, season the meat with salt and pepper, and fry everything together in a little oil until nicely browned. Meanwhile, press a clove of garlic into a bowl and add half a teaspoon of salt. Using the bottom of a teaspoon, grind the garlic and salt into a paste, then mix with the yogurt. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, if desired. Pour the yogurt-garlic sauce over the drained pasta, then add the chicken, ham, onions, and bell peppers to the yogurt.
