Apple and pear puree with white chocolate

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 6 apples
  • 2 bulb(s)
  • 200 ml apple juice
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • g chocolate shavings, white

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Core and slice the apples and pears. Place them in a saucepan with the apple juice, sugar, and vanilla sugar and bring to a boil. Simmer until the apples and pears are soft, then puree them (I do this because I leave the skin on). Bring back to a simmer and remove from the heat. Add the white chocolate and stir. If you’re not serving the purée immediately, pour it into jars while it’s still hot, seal the jars, and let them stand with the lids on for a few minutes.
