Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 350 g pasta (girandole)
- 3 large onions
- 500 g minced beef
- 1 garlic, Chinese
- 30 g clarified butter
- 500 g mushrooms, brown
- 150 g goat’s cheese
- 100 ml cream
- 100 ml milk
- 2 tsp porcini mushrooms, dried, finely chopped
- 1 tsp spice mix for meat, e.g. from Gefro
- salt and pepper

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Put the pasta water on a boil. Finely dice the onions and garlic. Melt the clarified butter in a pot and sauté the onions. Add the minced meat and fry both over high heat until browned. When the water boils, add the pasta and cook for about eight minutes. Meanwhile, cut the mushrooms into small cubes or sticks. Add them to the minced meat along with the garlic and continue frying until the liquid from the mushrooms has evaporated. Then reduce the heat. Add the meat seasoning and the porcini mushrooms, stir in the cream cheese, cream, and milk. Season carefully with salt and pepper. The sauce should be thick, not runny. Drain the pasta and mix with the sauce.
