Pasta Confetti Salad

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 400 g pasta (star-shaped pasta)
  • 2 cans of corn
  • 2 bell peppers, red
  • 300 g peas (frozen)
  • Salt
  • 1 onion(s), finely diced
  • 6 tbsp vinegar
  • 6 tbsp oil
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • pepper, black

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water for 8 minutes. Drain in a sieve. Rinse the corn. Trim the bell pepper and cut into small cubes. Cook the frozen peas in boiling salted water for 5 minutes, then drain. Place the cooled pasta and all other salad ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Combine the onion with the vinegar, salt, pepper, and sugar, then slowly stir in the oil. Pour the marinade into the salad and mix everything well.
