Gently warm the milk and soak the oats in it for 5 minutes. Then add the yogurt. Lightly toast the sesame seeds and 2 tablespoons of desiccated coconut in a pan. Finely chop or grind the almonds and sunflower seeds. Mix all ingredients together with the honey in a bowl. With moistened hands, form the mixture into small balls (25 mm), then roll them in the remaining coconut flakes. Let dry for about 2 hours. Then store in the refrigerator and consume soon. Tip: If you use strawberry yogurt and add chocolate chips, you get a Yogurette effect. Only this version is a bit healthier. Tips: You can also experiment with raisins and other dried fruits.
