Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pack Ravioli Funghi, dried
  • salt water
  • 3 tbsp sour cream
  • 125 g ham, diced
  • 1 onion(s), diced
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • 2 tbsp tomatoes, dried
  • 1 small bunch of spring onions
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 dashes of ketchup

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the ravioli in salted water according to the package instructions, drain, and let cool slightly. Then toss with mayonnaise and ketchup. While the ravioli is cooking, sauté the ham cubes with the diced onion and garlic. Remove from the heat, toss with the sour cream, and let cool slightly. Dice the bell pepper and the fresh and sun-dried tomatoes. Drain the corn and add to the mixture. Slice the spring onions into rings. Mix everything together in a bowl, taste, and season with salt and pepper.
