Quick summer pasta salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta of your choice (farfalle, fusilli, etc.)
  • 350 g cooked ham
  • 3 bell peppers, colored
  • 1 can of corn
  • 2 bags of salad cream (jogonaise) or approx. 200 g of yogurt salad cream
  • 3 tbsp herb vinegar
  • 1 pack of Italian herbs, frozen or fresh
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Cook pasta (e.g., fusilli) according to the package instructions until al dente. In the meantime, clean the bell peppers and cut them into strips or cubes along with the ham. Drain the corn. After cooking, rinse the pasta briefly in cold water and place it in a bowl. Then mix well with the ham, bell peppers, corn, herbs, jogonaise sauce, and herb vinegar. Season with salt and pepper. Tip: It’s best to let the pasta salad chill for a few hours; this will allow it to thicken and taste even better.
