Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 eggs
- 100 ml milk
- 4 dashes of Maggi
- pepper
- Salt
- Oil, for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
First, take the two eggs and crack them into a bowl. Then, add a splash of milk—about 1/8 liter, but less. Now, add about four dashes of Maggi and a pinch each of salt and pepper, and whisk to combine. Then, pour the eggs into the preheated pan, fry until cooked to your liking, and add a little more salt if needed. Tip: You can also eat the scrambled eggs with onions. Simply dice half or a whole onion and fry until translucent. Then, add the beaten egg. It tastes simply delicious; so far, no one hasn’t enjoyed it. Tastes great with or without onions.
