the hit for kids

First, bread the schnitzels. To do this, roll them in flour, then dip them in beaten egg, and finally coat them in crushed Fire Dragon chips. For the sauce, bring the cream to a boil briefly, add a finely chopped bell pepper, and season with salt, pepper, nutmeg, and a little soy sauce. For the potato shields, wash, peel, and coarsely grate the potatoes, then squeeze out all the liquid through a cheesecloth. Sprinkle the mixture with salt. Then, either by hand or using a pastry cutter, shape the potato mixture into a triangular “shield” and also roll it in some of the Fire Dragon breading. Heat the butter and oil in a non-stick pan until foamy, then press the potato triangles onto the bottom of the pan with a fork. Fry for 5 minutes until golden to light brown, then turn and cook the other side. In another pan, or in the same pan if you prefer, fry the schnitzels until crispy golden to light brown. Arrange them attractively on a plate and enjoy. This dish is a hit with kids.
