Hedgehog sausage with fries

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 ring/s of meat sausage
  • 1 kg French fries
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Preheat oven to 225°C. Place the fries on a baking sheet and cook according to the package instructions. Cut the sausage ring into four pieces and peel off the skin. Cut a checkered pattern (approx. 1 cm squares, 0.5 cm deep) into the top of the sausage. Dust with paprika. 10-15 minutes before the fries are ready, add them to the baking sheet and place them in the oven. Serve with curry ketchup.
