Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 large cauliflower florets
- 3 slice(s) celeriac, thick slices
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 2 tsp soy flour
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 70 ml soy cream (Soy Cream Cuisine)
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- Chicken seasoning
- some oil for frying
- some breadcrumbs for rolling
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Add the raw cauliflower florets and finely chopped celery to the food processor. Quarter the onion and add it with the garlic clove. Run the food processor until it forms a crumbly mixture. Add the remaining ingredients to the mixture and turn it on until it is almost completely blended. Transfer to a bowl and knead again by hand. If the mixture is still too wet, add breadcrumbs as needed. Form the mixture into schnitzels, coat in breadcrumbs, and fry in hot oil.
