  • 500 g gelling sugar
  • 1 pinch of gingerbread spice

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Chop the mango and pears. Halve and squeeze the lemon. Combine the fruit, juice, and gingerbread spice in a saucepan and add the gelling sugar. Bring to a boil briefly, blend, and boil again for four minutes. Pour the hot jam into freshly rinsed jars, cover, and let cool.
