Men’s Cream in Chocolate Bowl on Tonka Crunch
The perfect men’s cream in chocolate bowl on tonka crunch recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Men’s cream:
- 1 l Milk
- 4 tbsp Potato starch
- 4 tbsp Sugar
- 1 Pc. Vanilla pod
- 2 Pc. Egg yolk
- 150 g Dark chocolate chopped into small pieces
- 2 cl Rum
- 2 cups Whipped cream
Tonka crunch:
- 150 g Butter
- 150 g Sugar
- 300 g Flour
- 50 g Baking cocoa
- 1 Pc. Egg
- 1 Pc. Tonka bean
Chocolate bowl:
- 300 g Men’S chocolate
Men’s cream:
- Bring the milk and sugar to the boil and add the vanilla. Dissolve the starch in a little milk. Remove the boiling milk from the stove, stir in the dissolved starch and fold in the egg yolks.
- Cover the pudding with cling film and chill. Whip the cream and fold into the cold pudding. Add dark chocolate and rum.
Tonka crunch:
- Mix all ingredients until crumbly. Bake on a baking sheet lined with baking paper for 15 minutes at 200 ° C.
Chocolate bowl:
- Dissolve over a water bath and allow to set in cups lined with cling film. When the chocolate is firm, turn it out and pour in the finished men’s cream.
- Arrange the chocolate shells on the tonka crunch and decorate with raspberries and blueberries.
